Slimming the Face with Foundation

02.22.2009 by admin in Mother Care

No matter how much makeup used to cover the toughest of facial imperfections, there are some that even a great foundation will never change. The shape of your face is one thing, without the help of a surgeon, that can not be truly changed by any sort of makeup tip. But, with a few secret strokes here and there, those troublesome spots may disappear in the light.

Foundation is meant to cover the entire face and even the skin. But, by adding a few different shades of foundation to your daily makeup routine, you may be able to slim and tweak a few areas and no one will ever be the wiser.

The nose can sometimes appear a bit wider on camera or in person than it really is. In order to hide a wide nose, try adding a foundation that is three shades darker than your current foundation color. This darker foundation should be applied to the sides of the nose and blended into the face. This darker color will evoke a shading, of sorts, and slim the nose instantly.
