by admin in Mother Care

Even if you consider yourself low maintenance, face moisturizers should be part of your daily routine. If you’re the type of girl who enjoys looking healthy without cosmetics, moisturizer is still an essential for your day to day beauty and should never be left out. Many cosmetics have the added benefit of containing some form of skin protection from damaging UV rays. Whether you prefer to wear make up regularly, or to

often go without it, it’s important to protect your skin from the wind and sun’s damage which will speed the aging process and can lead to an increased risk for certain types of cancer.

The best skin care regimen starts with a good cleanser. You don’t need to go out and buy the top of the line most expensive facial cleanser, though you should purchase a cleanser that’s made specifically for your face, whether it’s a bar soap or liquid cleanser.
