The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has just issued a warning to all pregnant women to limit their caffeine intake during pregnancy or risk giving birth to a underweight baby. This warning is in addition to the already issued warning informing pregnant women of the increased risk of miscarriage due to the intake of caffeine.

You must exercise consistently to get the results you want! It blows my mind how many people don’t even try to be consistent with their diet and exercise programs and complain about not seeing results.
